Very often we find that our customers have an idea in their mind of how they want their product to look, but aren’t sure how to develop that into a solid design. Here’s where we can help you!
Once our design experts have collected a few key pieces of information about your business – maybe you have a logo to use, or a specific colour scheme in mind – they will create an initial design that will serve as a springboard into the collaborative creative process that will continue to be refined until you are totally happy with your card. You will receive an Epson quality proof for your design so you can be completely secure in your card.
Don’t have a design?
No problem. We offer comprehensive design services to all customers who don’t already have print-ready artwork. We’d be happy to put together some ideas for you. Our experienced graphic design team believes that every customer and organisation is unique so we give the artwork for your card the time and attention it deserves. Once we’re done we send you an initial digital proof. We then use your feedback to patiently make alterations and adjustments to the design until you are 100% happy with the layout and are ready to place an order.
Already have a design to send us?
Great. We would be happy to put together a digital proof showing how your design would look once printed. We will review the artwork and offer helpful advice, should it be needed. We can work with most file formats. However, vector based files (Illustrator, Photoshop) help to speed up the process as we likely won’t need to redraw the design in software compatible with our equipment. To make life a little easier, please take a look at our specifications. Once you’re ready, upload your artwork to us and we’ll get the ball rolling.
